The Conquerers of Skaro in the age of WWII, allied with the Nazi's (who share their view of "exterminating" lesser races) and both sides aiding one another with technology and ideas, the result being the war-machine monstrosity above.

Meanwhile, in Soviet Russia, built from old robotic technology, this was the Soviet's attempt at creating super-soldiers by putting human brains into robotic bodies. The result is all set to go "Delete" capitalism.
