Description
Gambit
Vs
Dandyman
Remy LeBeau was born on the wrong side of the law in New Orleans, and apprenticed to the Thieves Guild at a young age. Quickly rising to the top, he became reknowed across the world as an expert thief, able to steal the pants off of a passerby without them being any the wiser. And things only got better when his mutant powers awoke. Able to imbue items with a kinetic charge, Gambit can turn most any item into a bomb with a simple touch. He frequently uses this ability on playing cards, since it enables him to store a great deal of innocuous ammo right in his pocket. He also usually carries a number of thieves tools on his person, as well as his trademark retractable staff. Prideful in his abilities and egotistical of his allure, Gambit comes across as narcassitic and self-centered, but in truth he's a deeply conflicted individual with a very dark history.
Tubalcain Alhambra was a member of the Nazi Organization Millenium, dedicated to a war of bloodshed and death that would sweep across the world. Apparently playing card games just didn't hold the same sort of thrill for him as they used to. As a vampire, Dandyman is tough, fast, and inhumanely strong. His primary weapons are his cards, which he manipulates with a type of magic, throwing them with enough force to cause small explosions or slice through concrete, or using them to form a shield around himself to deflect small gunfire. He can even use them to form a clone of himself, distracting his opponents long enough to attack from their blind spots. Dandyman is playful and laid back, rarely taking anything seriously, even a battle to the death. He rarely honors his word and lies through his teeth with remarkable ease.
